Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. Therapy can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
I am a cis-gender female and have worked in mental health and wellness for over 20 years as a school counselor and in private practice. It is important that my clients feel support, validation and encouragement to make life changes toward empowerment, happiness and emotion regulation. My training includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and LGBTQ Affirming Therapy.
